This large sculptural glass vase is defined by its bold proportions and expressive form. The transparency of the glass allows light, shadow and its surroundings to become part of the object, giving it a different character depending on where it is placed.

Its generous scale makes it equally compelling with or without flowers. Empty, it becomes a sculptural presence; filled, the form takes on an entirely different rhythm.

I selected this piece for its simplicity and presence. Some objects don't need a famous name attached to them. Their shape is enough.
