At Baan Collection, every piece is carefully selected and handled with attention.
Because we specialize in vintage and collectible design, shipping is approached with the same level of care as sourcing.

The Netherlands — Private Delivery Service
Within The Netherlands, we offer private delivery by Baan Collection.
Whenever possible, larger pieces are delivered personally to ensure safe transport and careful handling. This allows us to minimize risk and maintain the condition of each object from our collection to its new home.
Delivery rates within The Netherlands:

  • Rotterdam: Free
  • Amsterdam: € 40
  • Within 75 km of Amsterdam: €75
  • 75–150 km: €125
  • Northern / Southern regions: €175–200
Exact delivery costs are confirmed after purchase, based on distance and item size.
Delivery is made at ground floor level unless agreed otherwise.

EU Shipping
Shipping within the European Union is available.
For EU deliveries, we work with trusted transport partners specialized in furniture and design objects. Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight, and destination.
As our collection consists of vintage and often unique pieces, transport arrangements are handled individually. After purchase, we will contact you to coordinate the safest and most suitable delivery option.
Clients are also welcome to arrange their own transport.

Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available on request.
International shipments may require export documentation and additional handling. We are happy to provide a tailored quote and assist with coordination.
Please note that any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

Collection in Person
You are welcome to collect your purchase by appointment.
We will ensure the piece is safely prepared for transport.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the moment the order is delivered to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
BAAN Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs procedures.
