BAAN Collection operates an online webshop offering curated vintage and pre-owned design objects.

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the BAAN Collection webshop.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

All items sold by BAAN Collection are vintage and/or pre-owned, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Vintage items naturally show signs of age and use. These characteristics are not defects, but part of the authenticity and charm of the object.

We strive to:

Minor imperfections, patina, discoloration, or signs of wear consistent with age do not entitle the customer to a refund or complaint.

All items are offered as authentic vintage or design objects to the best of our knowledge.

Attributions to designers, manufacturers, or production periods are made in good faith, based on available information, expertise, and sources. Due to the nature of vintage objects, absolute certainty cannot always be guaranteed.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and displayed during checkout.

BAAN Collection reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors.

An order is concluded once payment has been successfully completed via the payment methods offered in the webshop.

BAAN Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases, such as pricing errors or unexpected unavailability. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the moment the order is delivered to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

BAAN Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs procedures.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) receives the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify BAAN Collection in writing (by email) within the withdrawal period.

Due to the fragile and unique nature of vintage items, careful inspection before purchase is strongly advised.

Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The refund will be made using the original payment method and will exclude original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by BAAN Collection.

If the returned item shows damage, excessive wear, or altered condition, BAAN Collection reserves the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the refund.

For large, fragile, or high-value items (such as furniture and lighting), the customer is responsible for:
